Room was clean. Heating system took a very long time to warm up. Close to shopping mall, many restaurants and nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel if your on s business trip or just a quick getaway. Would not recommend it if you have kids and are looking for things to do at the hotel. Good to sleep and that's pretty much it.

I stayed at the Regency Inn this past weekend. In my job as an automotive Representative, I travel quite a bit and I have had the opportunity to stay at this established in the past in my travels from Boston to Cape Cod. I was very happy and pleasantly surprised at the new decor including new television sets new flooring and a generalized freshener inside my room. It appears that the outside landscape has also been tastefully updated. My main concern when I stay a night or two is the cleanliness of the room and the ability to feel safe and at ease. Regency made me feel at home. Front desk staff was very accommodating when I needed a few toiletries an extremely pleasant at check-in and check-out. I feel staying at Regency was so exceptional value and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this well appointed hotel. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay, the room was clean, and the internet access worked fine, we liked having a fridge in the room, the hotel is close to quite a few restaurants and a shopping center. We found it to be a positive experience and would stay there again if we were in the area.

The desk service was excellent. They helped me to find some good tourist locations in the vicinity. The room was clean and warm. I needed some extra comforters and the staff was very cordial to help.It was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to my friends.
